Routine tests of transformer include
1、Winding resistance test of transformer

3、Transformer vector group test
4、Measurement of impedance voltage/short circuit impedance (principal tap) and load loss (Short circuit test)
5、Measurement of no-load loss and current (Open circuit test
6、Measurement of insulation resistance
7、Dielectric tests of transformer.
8、Tests on-load tap-changer.
9、Oil pressure test on transformer to check against leakages past joints and gaskets
Packing and Delivery
Attention:
Special attention shall be paid to the installation of the transformer when the vehicle enters the station, and the direction of the bushing at the high and low voltage side of the transformer shall be consistent with the design installation direction; the binding of the transformer after loading shall be firm.
Installation Commissioning and Operation
Transformer installation materials
The transformer shall be fitted with a name plate. The name of manufacturer, rated capacity, primary and secondary rated capacity, primary and secondary rated voltage, current, impedance, voltage and wiring group shall be indicated on the name plate. The capacity, specification and model of the transformer must meet the design requirements. The accessories are complete with factory certificate and technical documents.
